I found if you DL the top ghost and just watch dont try and keep up just try and get ahead or around a different way so you can actually see the tactic.
Helped me to do the office level time trial in 26 seconds!! but that 14/12 second ghost is just CRAZY S**T SKILLZ MAN!

I just wanted to sum this game up in one smiley:

I finished it an hour ago just as I got home from a long day at work and I reckon this is my Game of the Year.

There is nothing quite like this experience and if anything, I am going to find it very difficult to go back to 'standard' first-person games from here onwards since Faith is the most enjoyable character to control in a first-person perspective in any videogame medium.

The story is fairly predictable and the animated cutscenes are hit-and-miss depending on your anime taste and of course, the last few chapters were more combat centred than the first two-thirds of the game.

However, most importantly, I had a huge smile on my face from the beginning to the end and oddly enough, I wasn't frustrated at any point in the game which surprises me going by several comments in this very thread!

I guess I'll be going through it on hard sooner than later as well as looking out for the runner-bags to pick-up along the way.

It is almost MY perfect game.

Aces. You can start the main game now (the TTs)

Best fun in a SP videogame I've had in ages. Just when you think you've nailed a run, your extra speed opens up new opportunities for going even quicker. Marvelous.

            EA you muppets....

I was just in the middle of the most awesomeness run evar (well, pretty good anyway) and then suddenly: "Connection to EA online server has been lost. you are bing returned to the main menu."

I'm not even allowed to continue my current run offline. FFS.

Why do they insist on this bull****. I'm paying for Live, not EA crap.

OK, so the Skate online stuff was pretty cool, but why do we need EA's servers for a TT leaderboard and ghosts???

            Gah.

              FFFFFFFS.

How am I supposed to recommend this to people when they are still pulling stunts like this.

I'm not an angry type person, but I'm feeling very on edge right now.

              GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

pretty much when that happened twice in a game for me, that made up my mind to trade it in. such a stupid stupid method of clocking your speedruns and tt's.

Just another quick complaint that may have been discussed earlier... when you die, it takes quite a long time to get back to the last checkpoint. Why does it have to spend about 3 seconds loading something it just loaded 2 seconds ago?!? The training at the start is perfect as it drops you instantly back, but not in the main game. Stupid.

I wondered that myself; I've not played the full game yet but I noticed that in the demo and it really annoyed me.

Yeah, I'd noticed that too. In the TTs it's so fast (how all racing games should be when you need a quick restart), but the story mode... Perhaps because the levels are bigger? Or perhaps because there might be blues and their guns lying around that might have to be cleared up (similar to Forza needing bits of cars cleared up and tyre marks removed).

But Dirt had instant checkpoint loading, and that had to clean up tyre marks and Codemasters awesome destruction models. Maybe it uploads it to the hard drive in the cache for instant loading?

I just finished too. I'd say it was almost a perfect 10 for me, but there were a few places were it was a pain and I feel this was due to poor design, rather than lack of skill.

I also had a smile from start to finish, and I think this game is the closest to "art" that a game has come. The bonus art in the start menu is superb too.

A real breath of fresh air that whilst not being perfect, it does such an amazing job of making you feel like a "Free runner" that I couldn't give it less than 8/10.

If they had fixed some of the issues (Not least live) and also considered less emphasis on the guns and blues, then this would have been a 10.

A game that needs to be replayed and enjoyed I think.

Hat's off to Dice for trying some new IP and moving the industry forwards.

DLC has been announced and it looks nice! Time trial maps which remind me of VR missions in MGS

Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

Quality that looks like good fun!
Like the remix of the theme too,It would be great if one of the packs was like VR mission of a real place, like a time trial of getting up the eifel tower or running over the rooftops of london.
