yes great but totally useless for a portable system, unless you have some sort of mobile wifi. They should let you make accounts on PSP and you can log into it and play those games, just stupid stupid stupid.

Thats one of the benefits of CFW, theres a program which allows you to store all your licenses and switch between them from the PSP, can't see why Sony never included the option to have multiple logins like the PS3, would have made it a lot easier.

yeah it was the first thing i did last night the transfer take's no time at all BUT i only had time to have a quick game last night not tryed online yet

Just looked at the in game clock and i've clocked 7 hours of game time and i have come to the point where i think it's time is start the story right chapter 2 here i come

Do I need to tuck into the story mode for any reasons or can I just jump into online? Does your levelled up character from story carry over to online mode?

It's perfectly possible for you to jump in online and just play like that, but a couple of things:

The shops won't change. The shops and the shop items scale up depending on how far you are through story mode. Same with the technic disks.

You miss out on special item trading missions, which are only available offline once you've reached a certain part of the game...

Played the first acted on chapter two last night it worked out well i didn't die.
Still working out all the item and stuff i get and what i can do with it, my plan is to use online for leveling up my character for the story

Really enjoying this. A better game than the original PSU and the first PSP release. Haven't had a chance to take it online yet, busy playing the story mode. Might have a go tonight though, if you see a room labelled NTSC feel free to join

I might buy this at lunch. Hopefully it'll be in Morrisons and not too expensive, although I'm not looking forward to listening to that UMD spinning noise again.

Load times aren't too bad on this, especially with the install option, I've barely noticed the UMD drive whirring away.

Well that plan failed. Seemingly my local Morrisons don't sell PSP games any more.
