Ready when you are, whatever that means :P

BTW, Mu GET by completing the true ending chapter in story mode.
Unlike CT you don't need to get the true ending with every character but just with some of them.

Hazama is great, I realized that I will never be able to use him decently but story-wise he's just great.
    But why

does my favorite character has to die at the end of each game?

However the "after end" suggests to even newer Nu/Lambda/whatever being "built".

    Happiness.

Faced unlimited Mu in combat. Think of a Zaku battling the Nu Gundam and you have the idea of Mu filling the screens with suicidal, laser reflective funnels (here called Stein Gunners) to stop you where you are.

Unlocking Mu also unlocks her challenges and...well, I saw her Astral Finish in Youtube videos but in person is much better.
I guess the primary prerequisite to quality as a Murakumo unit is to have great buttocks...
But really, Tusbaki consumed all clothes in Arc Sys, resulting in Mu and Makoto being dangerously undressed.

I still need to clear the story mode for an handful of characters (Carl, Bang, Litchi, Arakune and keeping Lambda as last), but the story mode feels much better than the original BlazBlue. Everything leads to a very clear end and all characters are much better defined than before. The gag reels are fun as are the 4th-wall-breaking Help Me! Professor Kokonoe! episodes at the end of each bad ending.
    Also, bath scene.

    In Hazama's storyline

    . Oh well.
Getting 100% does not require dying at all stages and there are less fights in each storyline...which are also easier. There are a few handicap battles here and there but nothing like facing Hakumen at 20% health with instal Astral Finish the moment you move.

Still have to get online with the US version. This evening I'll clear the remaining character storylines and see how America holds up to Japan in online fights. Bring it on, ragequitters!

I was interested to see if they had improved the loading and presentation on the last game, so I checked out some gameplay vids on Youtube.

It still has those **** black screens with the loading symbol on them, and as such looks pikey. I will skip this.

So is this definitely not region free? VG+ are doing their usual thing of waiting for ages to announce it isn't region free. That usually means it's not ...

Yep, In truth the loading takes maybe 2-3 seconds, but still, the worst crime is blacking the screen out with the words "Now Loading..." (or as it is now in C-Shift, a swirling logo), its so last gen for christsakes.

Loading would not be an issue if it wasn't for a black screen and the words "Now Loading..." Just leave the last image up on the screen with a slight pause for fcuk sakes, it feels like I'm playing Street Fighter Zero 2 on the PSOne again.

I know its mad, but I can't get over it.

                  Pick Arcade

                  Black Screen > Now Loading....

                  Choose your character

                  Black Screen > Now Loading...

You are now facing challenger blah

                  Black Screen > Now Loading....

                  Fight

                  You Win

                  Black Screen > Now Loading...

                  Next challenger

                  Black Screen > Now Loading...

                  You get the idea

Install the game to the HDD then. And yeah it's region locked on 360.

Does the PS3 version now allow a HDD instal option?

If a loading screen appears for me it's gone in less than a second.

Nope, you only need to get the good ending with certain characters (Ragna, Jin, Noel, Tsubaki, Haku-men, Hazama and Rachel) and then complete the true ending. If you aim only for Mu and her funnels getting the good ending it's quite simple (in fact, I think it's hard to get the gag reels and the bad endings) and should take a couple of afternoons...reading all the text and trying to figure out what's happening, which is still the hardest part of the game.

Me. b_kerensky...still have to go online with the US version. I'll add you tomorrow. Lambda user, of course :P
