    I'm no Serkis freak.

    Lol.

But yeah, I think he definetly adds something to Monkey's character and does a pretty great job with his voice. Dunno how heavily he was involved in the whole project but I've certainly not seen anything jarringly rubbish or pretentious story wise...yet. With the possible exception of those pics of Serkis' mug when you pick up a mask.

His involvement with Enslaved was enough to make me not want the game - only the demo persuaded me otherwise, since they seem to have augmented his voice to be deeper, so he sounds less annoying (in HS his voice was gratingly high pitched, like he was still in Golum mode).

      QUESTION:
Does Enslaved have 30+ language voice tracks like Heavenly Sword had? Because I can see it being quite interesting in either a Scandinavian language, or possibly Spanish/Portuguese.

What they've done with his voice might be significant, not sure.

I don't recall seeing any language options in there I'm afraid.

Nope, only English I'm afraid. I have the Hong Kong version mind you. The EU version may be different.

So I'm the only one who likes Serkis then it seem

As well as providing voice and motion capture I think he was a co-director of the game or something!

I found his literal inclusion to be a bit jarring but as far as his work on Monkey goes it was really well done. Without being told I wouldn't have known it was him, the voice is completely different and also far removed from the usual Gollum-esque stylings.

No, you're not alone. Enjoyed his performance in both this and Heavenly Sword personally.

I just like him because he's one of very few actors who takes videogame roles deadly seriously instead of phoning it in like most celebrity voice actors (looking at you Keifer Sutherland)

I'm through nine orb-laden chapters now, with five at 100% - some of these must be incredibly well hidden.

Given up on the tech orbs, I'm not enjoying hunting down the last few on each chapter. Which is a shame, because I hate giving up on a Platinum when I'm so close. :'(

I did toy with the idea of using a guide, but:
                              • I don't like using guides
                              • The traversal in Enslaved isn't terribly fun
                              • In a game where finding the last remaining orbs is incredibly frustrating, the following doesn't instil confidence: "collect some more single Orbs"

I haven't the energy to buy and play this anymore.

Can someone spoil the ending twist and overall story for me? Obviously put it in spoiler tags so as not to ruin it for everyone else (but ruin it for me, please!).
