A quick question for anybody who's used the custom playlist feature.

When you chose your own music do you actually chose an album or a playlist? Most games let you chose either but I seem to remember a couple only allowing you to select a playlist which was a bit daft.

That was ages ago though so I'm not sure if games still do it that way.

Regarding the custom audio. You go into the Audio Options and choose user BGM. It takes you to the music section of the XMB where you can either choose a track from a playlist or album folder. By default, the playback setting will repeat all songs from the folder you chose. So it's not restricted to playlists only.

hoolak, how did you get the pics to a memory stick? I just took 2 snaps of my 300ZX and would like to upload them.

One thing that has upset me with the sound, is that the option to turn off in-race music now affects the race-win music and trophy music during licenses Will something like this be patched? Are you arsed? I am, so I hope so.

Record a second of silence and stick it on a loop, use that as your custom soundtrack. Best of both worlds.

These licenses seem way easier than previous games to get. Although I guess they only get more difficult at Int. B.

The classic JP one is a pain as you have to use a car from 70 - 79 which only shows up in the 2nd hand section......... after an age of looking.

Just got the trophy for rolling your car. Made me lose the race though. Nice to see some of the newer stuff show itself.
