    Bulletstorm Demo 360/PS3

Oh man, underneath all that macho swear fueled BS could actually be a very a cool game, FPS version of The Club but on a larger scale, skills for kills agent!
I found myself saying, "I can do this faster and better next time, just one more go." 4 attempts later, I get the 3 stars and have experimented with as many crazy combos as I could get, satisfying when a bunch pop up at once.
Don't know how MP could work with lasso and crazy slide kick, you cover a lot of ground with it.
Had a chuckle at the voice work at the start where he is explaining the demo and controls.
From the demo I have bumped it up to a pre-order

Is this the Codemasters one, or the Epic games one? I think there the same game.

It's the Epic/People Can Fly game.
Forgot to say once I had finished the demo I unlocked some armour and a new leash for the retail game, always nice to see this happen even if it is just reskins.

I thought this was quite a fun demo. It makes Borderlands look tame. Just gotta convince some of my other buddies to buy this as it looks like it would be fun online.

Lol... Dick-tits. Never heard that before.

Yes, obviously and it looks lovely.

Fantastic stuff, its like if DMC was an FPS.

Just been playing this on the 360. Very good I thought, lotsa fun to be had. I played the demo over and over and can see how the 'challange yourself again' replay value emerges, trying to get more skill points and complete a level in the quickest time possible.

The weapons are varied and imaginative, I particulray like the alternate fire on each weapon, especially the one that sticks a flare like round on the enemy and they fly off like a firework.

Quite possibly a release day sale for me cos its a game right up my street, only question now is which version to get, PS3 or 360. I'll get the PSN demo tomorrow when its released and await the opinions of Digital Foundry and Lens of Truth.

The Club + Mad World = Bulletstorm
Enjoyed the demo, and the weapons seem fun and varied, not sure how original it is a it feels like the 2 games mentioned , mashed together , wait to see price for it at release.

Enjoyed that and whacked my preorder down.

The demo seemed a bit limited to what kind of kills you could get I'm assuming lots of them are very specific to certain weapons/enemies/environments

Yeah loved the demo i knew i would. I nearly died a few times though because i was concentrating on doing the skill shots haha and my 4th run was cut short when i got stuck in a wall o_o

Amount of skill shots does seem limited, but i got different ones on each run like X-Ray, Shocker and Ding Dong i didn't get on my 1st go.

I don't think you can actually die in the demo, I got stuck on top of a wall and I tried to kill myself with the flail grenades but I could only get to low health but not die.

Had a quick run through. Hate FPS but LOVE this. Some of the skill killsare awesome. First 'different' one I got was using the leash to impale a baddie on some spikes.

Might have to get the full game now.

Online co-op or single player story?

                            I died first time through

Just a few point shy of getting that 3 star (I got just over 8000 points), but there were a few kills where I didn't get any bonus. The special attacks are the way forward but no idea how the folks at the top of the leaderboard are getting tens of thousand.

Love it, think I'll get this day one

Fami - don't think it has full coop, just a wave upon wave of enemies type mode.

It ain't bad this. Although its a bit of a one-trick pony. Summed up by thinking its Gears of War as a FPS.

May buy it sometime and get some enjoyment out of it, although not full price. Although it may just turn out to be a one-trick demo like NFS:HP did!
