I can live with bugs (assuming they dont actually break the game)...tho not being able to use the casino last night was irritating...but my brain can't get used to 'up being up' for some reason.

Other moans...the graphics are awful, worse than Crash Time 3 tho the voice acting is nowhere near as bad but still terrible. clipping a bollard or a bench stops you dead like you are hitting a mighty oak tree. I missed a checkpoint by not braking in time and was on a verge behind a small picket fence....ramming it at 100mph sees me bounce off and the fence stay intact!

Cant find your friends online, they go on and offline every 2 minutes yet you have no problem finding random idiots who love ramming you. Only played a couple of hours tho so hopefully a flick through the manual reveals a 'friends only' setting for the online (tho with a simple option like axis invert not being there I doubt it).

So far, early impressions are awful but as Deathsmiles isn't here I will persevere for now.

I am getting rid of my PS3 version with pre order codes intact. It was so fubar on launch day that PSN didnt recognise them and I was so disappointed with the game I never went back to put the codes in.

            Classic.
I fly over to Hawaii and take a look on the map, I spot a convoy challange rewarding $65k BUT it's on the other side of the map and I have't explored a lot of Hawii just yet.
So I add a GPS marker with 9mins on the clock, it puts me at about 70 miles away from target and I thought lets go for this full pelt.
Alas I missed it by about 30+ miles but I really did thrash it in a straight line for about 10mins, what a bloody great game

I think I'm coming to the end of my time with this. I spent hours last night jst driving around trying to discover all the roads and wrecks, still only at 14% roads found which shows how epically sized the game is. It was one of the better times I've had with it but that was entirely because I was side stepping all the events and mechanics that the game is at fault with. At the end of the night, going back to them was twice as hard and given the volume of work needed to reach the end of this I feels far too much effort for far too little reward and stress free enjoyment.

I have tarted up my Lancia into a super pimp mobile and due to the massive FAIL that is you being unable to get rid of the poxy pink car I won in a duel had no garage space available to buy a B class car!!

So I drove round the island doing 26 of those time bomb missions and maxing the F.R.I.M to buy a shiny 4 berth garage house...now skint again!!

Found it quite relaxing really, 3 of us playing independantly, chatting away and sharing discovery locations. So maybe if you treat it as the equivalent of idly browsing the net or watching TV there is some fun to be had??
Casino worked for a little bit but when you get booted from anything but the slots you dont just lose you winnings but your stake too grrrrrrr!!

If you have no space you don't get to keep the car ...

I've stuck with it through everything so far..

I made $1,700,000 over night on the high life slots when I'd spent a massive ammount of money on tuning my Bugatti's, then finished off the races and cups to gain $9,000,000 which was then spent on buying a yaught, the house and cars I wanted and Level 4 upgrades on each

I've enjoyed all the aspects of the game so far and will continue with the completion where I'm up to level 41 now but unfortunately the mass of error's with the game has caused the best part of the game (playing it with friends) to deminish.

Two of my friends have now had corrupted save files after spending hours with the game, one of those has traded it in the other is thinking about returning it too, two others have been frustrated by the connection problems and the casino problems too and my brothers grown bored of it through everyones complaints and will be looking to buy Two Worlds II to spend his time there.

So even though I've enjoyed playing through the game so far and love all the cars I've now amassed it means so much more less when all of the friends I was looking forward to playing it with have been made to give up with the game even though each one of them actually really likes the game itself

How about trading the game for a parmo?

I've officially given up on this now. As previously covered, there are loads of things that work in this and the potential is obvious however the faults are plentiful and really get in the way of enjoyment and the longer you play it the more glaring they get. I've lost count now of how many racers have under delivered. At a quick guess I think it's every single one since Burnout Paradise was patched.

I'm actually from Cambridge... I just support Middlesbrough FC

                          I've now done all licenses, championships, cups, most wrecks on Hawaii and from yesterday I'm sitting on Hawaii 1 Roads Uncovered = 100% 2 = 93% 3 = 100% 4 = 100%.

Then I'll be grinding out some cash for a new house or two to hold the unlocked cars, then look to upgrade my collection to level 4 tuning before going back to the first map to uncover the same

I'm still having fun with this.. Just a bit lonely now.. lol

                            Hey Everyone,

GMDestra here. I've got the latest message from the development team which outlines the latest status on our fixes, along with extra steps that are being taken to show our appreciation for our players:

                            To the TDU2 community,

Thank you for your continued support and feedback. Our community has been amazing and helped us quickly identify a number of issues, which we have made significant progress in addressing in the upcoming patches.

We really appreciate your patience in this matter and we would like to announce that we will be making the first premium DLC for the game free for everybody as a way of saying thank you.

The Exploration Pack contains new wrecks to be discovered that unlock the Lancia Stratos version Rallye and 1969 Dodge Charger.

We now have fixes for all of the following issues that have already gone live on PC and will follow shortly once patches are approved by Microsoft and Sony, respectively.

                            *Save games no longer corrupt
*Existing corrupted save games will be repaired in many cases
                            *Friends lists are now populated
                            *Invites now work correctly
*Clubs have been brought back online
*Exploits to gain money have been fixed
                            *Casino access has been improved
*Players will no longer lose money because of the Casino bug

The team spends a great deal of time looking at community feedback, so please keep posting your comments to the official TDU2 forums and we look forward to seeing you in Ibiza.

                            Sincerely,
