It's a similar problem I found with SoA:L to begin with also... whenever I use a camera, I want to press right on the C stick to move the camera to the left (ie from behind, go anticlockwise), and left to make the view go right (clockwise). It ain't the case sometimes!Lie with passion and be forever damned...

Well, I've given it a quick go (about 15 minutes or so), and the first impression was ... of gentle and pleasant reassurance. I've kinda avoided screen-shots and movies as much as possible (to stop impatience, really) and so I hadn't built up too many preconceptions... but rather than the garish 'Jet Set Radio' style cel-shading I was expecting - I've found it to be actually quite restrained so far, though the character designs and so on are naturally very strong and distinct. On the whole though, I'm reminded of the sensations I had when I first played OOT ... it's familiar, but amplified.
Okay, some heavy duty play-time scheduled for tonight ... bang goes the playlist
