Gave it a go the other night, certainly the 3D and pixel settings are the same.

I loved sotc at the time and got really excited about playing this again (I still own both the originals but quite fancied a smoother version of sotc) first off the grip meter really frustrated me at the time, and still dose now.

The colossus can be very difficult to climb at the best of times and creating scenarios where your sent right back to the start is never fun. I remember cursing this game at the time for it but loving some of the bosses depite this. so I will carry on with this despite the quite strange controlls and the poor engine that is quite obviously still struggling.

Much easier than I remember. I've killed eight colossi in just over 2 hours.
