Hypocrite.

I don't appreciate personal attacks thanks. I said before, many times, I don't really have an issue with newly developed content such as maps or tracks that have been developed after release. Extra weapons, costumes, cars and unlockable on-disc items can still jog on.

On a personal tip, I had 4200 points on my shelf doing nothing, waiting for Pinball Arcade, and that clearly isn't happening. I paid a lot less than ?30 for them, one 2100 pack I got with MW3 on release, and the other 2100 pack came with a 12 months Subs bundle deal. I've probably paid less than a ?10 for the whole Battlefield Premium thing.

I realise I'm not helping the great-good causes of gaming, but already they are talking about "episodic" content for Halo 4, so its not going away.

I'm playing the campaign on hard for the platinum. It's really difficult. I've done some sections which would appear simple around 30 times before progressing. The A.I. shoots me behind a wall. Quite WTF, but I think I'm over half way in 3 hours.

Killzone has the best A.I. IMO.

The Campaign on hard is evil! I usually have quite a high tolerance for dying, but it did my head in.

I have no problem with DLC, but I can't say I'm a fan of this latest incarnation of it where you have to pay for it before knowing what it's really like.

Halo 4 has it's 50 episodic missions , which are all free by the way.

I played it through on Hard the first time
Going back to normal mode afterwards just made normal feel ridiculously easy.
The assault on the villa is especially tense on Hard mode.

There was a bit I was on where I was in a city and there was a flyover and loads of guys came running down this road, then a tank came along and I just kept getting munched.

Forgetting SP for the moment, every time I play a MP match something impresses me. It could be the open variety of play and tactics, the graphics, the destructable environments, the SOUND (amazing in 5.1, quite possibily the best sound in a game ever) or the gunplay. Possibly the greatest multi-player game this generation, even more so than COD4.

The Close Quarters pack, for me, has been excellent. Bringing the action indoors means, for one thing, no one can play as bloody snipers all the time, and for that reason alone its worth its 1200 / ?10.

I've not been that positive in thinking about the next-generation of console hardware, but if it can deliver an even better Battlefield 4 I'm in!

In my BF3 review I commented on the sound:

And on the topic of Suppresion, the sound effects are second to none, with some revolutionary gun noises, explosion ringing and bullet ricochets. What has been achieved here is to be applauded – especially the fear induced when being shot at.

You go to "Options" and it's in there along with all of the other options.
