Out of all the people that played it the winner ended up coming from the uk? hmm sounds dodgy to me, bet we never see either the winner or the supposed prize that was meant to be offered.

the prize is something to do with being a god in there upcoming game godus but will intrinsically decide on the rules that the game is played on but will share in the success of the product," Molyneux said. "Every time people spend money on Godus, you will get a small piece of that pie

Think Boris's suggestion is a better prize

                  Oh dear, Molyneux.

Why all the big talk about social experiments and seeing how the info is shared amongst the players if the prize is just a fully leveled dude in his new game?

                  Someone slap him for me.

                    The pie is a lie.

The knowledge of what is inside the cube will literally change the world forever.

If by world you mean the world of my upcoming game Godus. Not the real world. I never meant the real world.

The life-changing riches that Molyneux has promised to accrue to the lucky winner are based on the flimsy notion that people are going to buy Godus. Can he sue Molyneux if the winning experience isn't as totally life-changing as promised?

He can do, of course. But Molyneux is a slippery character. And most people will take a guaranteed something over a possible nothing (viewers of Deal Or No Deal will almost certainly disagree with me).

His sense of self importance is just breathtaking though, really. The idea that the most life-changing thing a person might ever conceive is the honour of being yet further embroiled in Molyneux's lunatic projects is just...Wow!!! I'd have found a presentation box of Toblerone more life-changing than that.

As much as I laughed at the concept of this 'game', the prize is pretty cool. I think you are all being too harsh!

If PM can get millions to download a screentapping app then he'll certainly be able to get millions to download a spirtual successor to Populous. The fact that this winner can essentially troll the entire game but in doing so risks his own financial gain (by stopping people from wanting to play) is a bloody clever idea.

I can troll games and I don't need god like powers to do it. He'll get sod all money imo.
