I'm working a modest subsistence economy these days. Sell the occasional fruit or fish, now and again. Opted out of the turnip race. Trying to see if I can do a Lo-Fi happy town. Dishevelled as anything, my town, but had perfect town rankings now for days on end! Tune in, turn on, drop out, baby!

The speed at which Isabelle works is frustratingly slow. Wanted to replace my flower clock, building it somewhere else. So built the new flower clock (1 day), went to build something else and then went back to her to get her to demolish the old flower clock and she just tells me to take the rest of the day off. And yet I know she won't do anything tomorrow because of the fireworks. Was worse last weekend because of the Bug Off and she didn't do a tap of work all weekend.

What am I paying you for, Isabelle?! Where do you even live?!
