Kit, set up the 'town beautiful' ordinance and get that bunch of freeloading shysters weeding the place and tending flowers for you. I did this and the place is a verdant treat nowadays and I don't have to lift a finger. There's almost too much flowery lushness about it's like living in a Lenor advert. Just got my gold watering can as a 'reward' too! Couldn't even remember how to use it.
