148 here, 121 this morning. It was 60/78 yesterday, so I might be ascending. If I get a crazy price during the week I'll post here and open the town gates.

Loads of new residents and have a Fountain project running beside my cliffside home. Missed a date with Bonbon who will moan but you know what, I'm the fricking mayor, I have places to be. Museum is coming along nice though and paid 10,000 of my loan to Nook so a productive day. Tomorrow a clean out of my Halloween theme as decided to chase a gaming one instead

you can normal make a small profit on turnips each week if watch your town prices closely the problems tend to come when you hold out for the mega prices. I perfer beattle farming to make my money and the bell rock each day. Perfect fruit also sells for lots in none native towns you can always start a fruit farm.Last edited by slicer1000; 09-11-2013, 17:15.

Yeah I did a lot of the beetle farming early on but the grinding wore me down and then I worked out what I was making each week on turnips for far less time investment. But it only works if you go for the big prices, which we were getting once a week when everyone was playing. But now only a few of us have been on the turnips and it's too risky to hold out for those big payouts.
