EDIT: Trying to breed a blue rose at the moment, it's very tricky! Still trying to breed the hybrid reds I need to try for the blues. Might make a flower room in the museum or in my house to show off all my flower types.

Also it's 104 bells for Turnips today, does anyone have a lower price?

Budge, I have successfully bred more carnations from yours so have a bunch I can give you now - some pinks and a few reds and whites too. Turns out they pretty much just randomly make white and reds. Much easier than those blue roses and purple pansies.

My battery is currently dead but I think I am on the random pattern anyway so I'd say cash in, if you are open between 10-11pm I'd love to cash out myself (though your shops may not be open by the time i get to a charger I guess!)

I'm breeding enough carnations for everyone! It will be a carnation party in Doggton. I have blue roses and purple pansies too so could give you a couple for breeding if you wanted but there's a real satisfaction to growing them yourself so you might want to hold out. There's nothing like seeing one of them just sitting there one morning. By the way, I looked up a guide to get the purple pansies and the guide turned out to be a dirty rotten liar which is why it took me so long.

Thanks I'll be happy to take some Carns from you, but I agree with you about having the satisfaction of growing the others for yourself, so I will hold out for my own blue roses and purple pansies; I felt the same when people were offering spare villager photos, for me I want to get them from my own villagers as a badge of honour, that way they mean more.

What was the info you followed that was wrong for pansy breeding? I have a feeling I maye be following the same bad info.

It was the Thonky guide which basically involves hybrid reds but if I remember correctly the key for me was actually

Oh god well that's half my hybrid beds wasted I'll stick to the Blue roses for now (still making the
