Dogg, I got the 99,000 Bells thing today. Found out it's because you can only carry 99,000 Bells on you total. So if you sell stuff and go over that amount, they turn the Bells into an item so you can still carry it. I guess you have to put it in the bank then.

I had a wandering cat in my town this morning. She wanted me to take her to another town so I took her to Bedlam. So Hush, if you have a cat in your town that's where she came from.
