I bought the silver shovel and rod when the second floor of the museum opened, and found a silver axe for sale on one of the public islands. Not sure about the slingshot though - I'd like to know.

The silver sling shot is in the parcel you get when you shoot out the balloons that fly over your town.You know its the one because it has two silver balloons carrying it
