Talking of cheapskates, I complete the damn museum extension with my own bells, and now I've got to pay extra to rent exhibition space! They take the piss, this lot.

After my relaxing week off from the turnip hunt I think I'll partake next week, Though i need to do some beetle farming to come up with the bells to make it worthwhile. Last time I went over the top and it was so many it was a chore (see earlier image posts). I basically need to do some maths to work out how many turnips fill the cupboard and just buy that amount, and make sure I have enough cash for buy them even if they are on sale at 110 bells.

I made the mistake last night of taking a long look at my grass and I have actually started to wear away to earth in quite a few commonly traversed areas. It?s a little annoying as I deliberately walk to avoid wearing it down but it?s still brown. I?ve covered up as much as i can with flowers and I water every day but I have the feeling that walking on the area to water the plants (to grow back the grass) is wearing the grass away that I?m trying to grow back!

On a more positive note I do now have a Jacobs ladder on one of my cliff edges

Hard to know but you could be at the peak of a small spike. Depending on what it was before the 112, it might be as good as it gets unless you were higher than 112 the day before... not 100% sure how it works.
