Got my slushie machine today from Pete. He's just lazier in my town. I need to make a new trade list - I have completely run out of storage space and it's mostly full of duplicates. If I don't trade them, I may have to sell them to make room although I'd rather trade them for stuff I'm missing. Almost out of play coins too...

The Stalk market its totally random, just like the real thing and goes up and down as much as a hookers drawers.

It's not totally random at all. It follows patterns as I have described, just like the real stock market.

I can't tell you that. You need to study the rise and fall of prices to be able to work out what pattern you are on. Then you'll be able to sell at the best price. You can never predict actual numbers, just when the best time to sell is. There is a small problem in that the really good pattern only spikes three times, whereas the good pattern spikes four times. I'm working on a way to distinguish between the two though.

Just so other know the slushie machine is a spotpass Item. The turnip price have know patterns while you cant't tell the exact price you can work out which weeks will make you a profit and which will not. Look at the faqs on gamefaqs for the older animal crossing games it will explain how they work in more detail.

Exactly you can't predict the stock market, you'd be well just flipping coins saying heads or tails and it follows what happens nearly in real life, random walks.
