Grand Theft Auto V review

Great to read through this thread and read so much love for this superb game. I'm a massive GTA fan and have played and enjoyed every game in the series greatly, but this one takes the biscuit. It's simply brilliant.

Once I finally pick up one of the newer systems I'll have to buy it again and play it through again.

I finally finished this game last night, having started on the PS3 and then continuing it on the PS4.

I was very impressed with how much they have tweaked the system, rather than rely on the tried and tested formula, this really felt like a tweaked, polished game and a labour of love.

This is the first GTA game I have had the joy of completing since GTA Vice City, as in the past I tended to lose interest at around the half way mark, for some reason.

This time, the game felt like something you enjoyed, rather than endured, which is how it should be...

I have heard good things about the online Heist element of the game, which sounds like the logical next step on from completing the main game.

If I had to bring up any criticism that bugged me throughout the game, it was the movement of the playable characters. Control of them felt cumbersome especially internal environments, navigating furniture and invisible walls were annoying at times...

Overall a great game that everyone should play and enjoy, at least once.
