Just bought this again on the PS4 after playing it a while ago on a top spec PC. The PS4 version looks a lot better.

The game has benefitted massively from the visual upgrades. Shame the NPCs look so bland in comparison to Lara, but game plays just as well as I remembered and I'm having a blast

Must admit the game is longer than I thought it would be, not that I'm complaining, it's great fun in every way.
Not ventured online with it yet.

If the multiplayer is unchanged then I wouldnt bother. Its not bad by any means but its a poor imitation of Uncharteds multiplayer and was a mess when it released on PS3/360.

Doesnt hurt to try it out if you've never played it but dont go expecting it to be anywhere near as good as the campaign.

It's one of those games that just gets better the more you play into it.Powering up your weapons and character works really well.
Finished it this morning on 82%

One of the things that I remember now, is how fun the tombs are, and that the first one (DLC originally) was a nice length, but after that they are a bit too short. I think the Uncharted style works very well indeed, but I hope the devs are given the oppertunity to explore the Tomb raiding side more. As Boris also mentioned, the start of the game really is brutal, and this is even more the case when the Lara looks so real. It does work though, I do feel a connection and sympathy with her, but it is very close to amateur dramatics acting at times, and turning the screaming down from 11 to 7 might have a good effect.

Final comment is the gore. The first time you fight and

shoot the man in the head

had me feeling a bit unwell. I might be a bit too old for next gen gore!

Anyway, brilliant game and also very playable via remote play. I wish more games would use the front screen as L triggers. I find that I do loot hunting on RP and then go back to the big screen for the main campaign.

Thought I read thay the gore had been toned down for these versions, although that might have been for specific territories.

Wait til you unlock some of the finishing moves if the gore is getting to you!

Played it in 3 long sessions...finished the story and found all the collectibles. Loved it, enjoyed it far more than first time.

Tried one round of the mp...then put it on eBay. Not for me at all.

I finished single player last night, really enjoyable game, fiddly and tricky in a couple of places but not too diffiicult and yes looks stunning in every way. Roll on more HD PS3 remakes.

Only just started playing this and never played the last gen version , so I am coming in fresh. Good this is a beautiful looking and sounding game, on the One you wouldn't think it was running in 30fps, it doesn't show that's for sure, and looks proper next gen in places.

Of course all that really matters is the gameplay, which so far is top notch (with the possible exception of a little too much QTE), I will let the 'idiots' argue over whether only the PS4 version is worthwhile getting, which it most certainly isn't judging by the One version.

Kinect integration seems to be ok as well.

Finished the original on 360, an now on PS4 and its stunningly good looking.

The character model for Lara is astounding, seeing the weather/water/dirt effects change the model on the fly is a sight to see.

Can't say I've noticed any drops from 60fps yet, it's all smooth as silk. Plays better and feel much more responsive than the 25-30 I played it as on the 360. Shame some next gen owners aren't getting the glory of it

I must admit that I'm blown over by the graphical advances. I love the way you build up your character, and really the only thing I dislike is the QTE's but they seem to be slowing down now. Love the exploration and climbing aspect, but the comabt is the best I've played in this type of game, waaaaay better than Uncharted.

Shame the actual tombs are so ****.

I still can't believe it comes up on screen with TOMB RAIDED everytime, it's just unbelievably funny/stupid.
