I thought going back and collecting the bits I had missed and upgrading Lara and the weapons etc would be fun, but it's not really.

Online isn't much to write home about. Will have another play tonight then off to part-ex heaven it goes, don't get me wrong it's a great game overall and is visually stunning throughout but once you've completed the story I don't really get the urge to re-visit any of it.

Yeah, the tombs ain't that great, they feel a bit tacked on to me. The rest of the game is awesome though.

Graphically it looks amazing. I choose the "dirty" Lara look lol, the character model covered in mud looks nicew :P The dried out mud with cracks and the blood looks perfect for the situations she is in 90% of the time.

I put her in a coat because it's raining and snowing a lot! Great game, guns feel amazing and smooth on the ps4 for the most part. Great game and the first tomb raider I've ever played. Can't wait for another, just no QTE please!

Just finished it. Great game apart from the already mentioned QTE's and ****e voice acting. I would more than welcome another instalment. Graphically superb.

Anyone with the XBO version want to boost the MP achievements?

I am 70% through. This is a seriously good game. Wow! I only played upto the shanty town on 360, some of the later levels are great! Reminds me of Far Cry meets Uncharted. Visually insane too.

Probably the best looking game I've played yet.

Completed this again now on PS4 after playing it on the PC. Great game, my negatives are the Scottish guy :P some of the tombs were a bit ****, some slight frame rate issues compared with the pc in the big open areas. Apart from that, one of my fave games in a long time. It is not often I will complete a game twice these days. I still think the best looking "next gen" game is Ryse though.

Save game bug just hit me. 90% through, all collectables gotten up to that point, and my save file is corrupt with no way of loading it back up without hitting the blue screen error - every time.

                  Bye bye game.

I avoided the Save bug by not warping in or out of the Beach area. I stumbled upon it on GAF. Its a ridiculous bug, and no word from CD or anything. Shameful.

I greatly enjoyed this revisit, graphically its excellent and the gameplay holds up which makes sense since its not even a year old. I got to 95%, decided I was too bored to go for last push (also because I found there is a ton of MP Trophies), and it was nice.

Complete this evening, I didn't see the tech issues (thank goodness) but for me this was an absolute wonderful game and I loved every minute of it. Seemed long to me too.

I accidentally died from a cliff and that's when it bugged- assuming it was trying to warp me back to the beach, and that was the problem.

Utterly ridiculous quite frankly, how can that not have been picked up?? It's being sold now, got too much to play to waste any more time on it in the vain hope we might one day get a patch.

Can somebody explain what the save bug is, so I know what to avoid?

Basically, you can't fast travel to the shipwrecked beach, it has a chance if having a blue screen error occurring which corrupts your save- and PSplus being useless decides to choose that moment to upload your save so that's no help.

It seems to not happen to everyone, but that's all it is. Use a basic function which you have to do if you wish to collect everything, and also don't die if you're near the shipwrecked beach because it will auto spawn you there which also screws you over.

You don't even have to have a specific sequence of events happen, it can happen at any time you fast travel there or away from that campfire. How the hell it got through bug testing i will never know.

Thanks. Maybe I'll keep a backup save just in case I ever unknowingly hit that bug.

I really like the game but I don't think it's worth ?50 by a long shot. Not enough done to deserve a double dip, although obviously worth buying if you've never played the original. I'd still hold off for it to drop to ?25.
