Can anyone join that one or just members of the forum? I'd be interested in a tournament which limits the number of races, in the few evenings I've been on our tourney with other folks I tended to creep ahead just because other would drop in and out while I stayed on, and I was most definitely not the best driver on there but late joiners couldn't catch up...

So i've held off from going online until i managed to get a three star rating in single player. I just managed to three star everything today and so popped online and to my dismay it doesn't seem to show my star rating in the online lobby! What a shame.

There should be an option to only have to press A to get turbo start and thereafter not need to hold it down for the entire race.

I use my tongue to hold down A. I wish there was an option to use the mic to accelerate, where you have to shout like Wario for the entire race "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah".

Had a rip on this today and got pasted to guys on bikes. Are they overpowered, or is it just me? Separate online rooms please.

Both have pros and cons. Some bikes have inside drifting which can keep tighter racing lines whilst only karts can use the hopping technique.

It all goes out the window during races to be fair. Shortcuts and tactics will help you here. Hold your shell at the rear for protection for example.

Nah bikes aren't overpowered. They were in Wii, where they could wheelie for a speed boost. Not in this one though. Online is full of Bikalinas however.

Yes right now my online combo is toad plus roller wheels plus the pirate ship, horrible speed but amazing acceleration, not always in first but often in the top three!
