200cc just re-wrote the entire rule book. Tapping brake to maintain your drift curve feels a little like 16-bit F-Zero.
Mushrooms are now a booby-prize. Boost at the wrong time and you're finished. Being KO'd isnt all that bad anymore anyway, as you can make a come-back in next to no time whatsoever.

3x red shells are still worse. As is evident from the following:
I fell off like a cack-hander for trying to cut into the curve too early, it still wouldn't have made a difference though.
I've done around eight hours on 200cc and only seen two blue shells. They were completely non-influential in the outcome of the race at that.

Such an amazing game especially when playing it with others. That said i am praying for more DLC as there are still a few courses i want especially MK7 Rainbow Road which might be my all time favourite. Koopa Kape, Waluigi Pinball, Maple Treeway and Wario shipyard are just some of the other courses i'd love to see in the game aswel as a proper battle mode.
