Patch seems to have done sod all, still a laggy pos. Deleted off the HD and it off to be traded in.. never done with previous cod before. i'll stick to Destiny and BF4 for MP.

Online on this is still the same frustrating pos as it ever was.

Finishing the SP then it's off to CEX. Really hate that all the reviews said that this was a massive step forward and that it's the best COD in years- when it's the same bloody game with a double jump.

Shamed that I asked for this for my birthday- but at least I intend to sell it for more than it was bought for.

Finished the SP today, after a sluggish start I enjoyed it overall. Need a few more hours on mp to settle on a score but CoD with double jump does sum it well. Still very limited player count on PC for many modes but flipside has been no lag so far

I agree with that, it does get better after my initial indifference toward it. I think I have four missions in the campaign left to play then it's still gone though.

F**k this game. Persevered through to the end on hardened, only to not get any of the trophies for finishing the game, and found that I've been a victim of a common save game bug that has deleted half of my campaign progress- intel, upgrades, everything.

I hate modern gaming, I really, really do. This is the third game this has happened to me on now. This, BF4 and Tomb Raider. Fed up of being a f**king beta tester. Well done this game- you've pushed me over the edge and have decided to sell my PS4 and stick to retro. Utterly fed up with it all.

I think this lesson here is not to buy games on release. Frankly hilarious that games are allowed to be published before the games are even complete, how is this at all legal?

And yet, people just accept it as if it were nothing. The same is true of freemium transactions in full price software.

Look at AC Unity. The game is a complete wreck, not even close to being finished and with freemium transactions too and yet people don't care, they're buying it anyway.

We shouldn't just accept occurances like this, this isn't the way gaming should be headed.

One thing I do know though, neither Ubisoft or EA are getting a penny out of me.

Meanwhile my copy of Bayonetta 2 on Wii U didn't even need a hotfix when I put it in. I know which side of gaming I prefer.

Yeah, I know LOL, but tragically it WAS fine and I was enjoying it, the patch has screwed it up. Forums all say the same, why did they do this!!

They really need to abandon lag compensation now - then the only people that can moan are the people who are already moaning about their rubbish lines.

Done enough to score it now and an 8 seems fair. To give the devs their due, whilst its not changed massively as a game this does have a very solid single player and the mp is very well designed. I've been mucking about on CoD4 lately so the differences of AW are that bit more apparent in terms of where the series is now and how aspects have evolved. This is a good all round start for the dev and hopefully they can expand on it for the sequel, use of the grappling gun in mp would be brilliant

Completed the single player and it was OK, so 7 for that.

MP is a pile of poo. Played until level 49, same old issues, lag, shot round corners, empty a clip, get shot and die. Maps are really poor, the Jump thing is a joke and added to make it look "Advanced", yet still using the same AK12 I was using in Ghosts. It really is not fun.

Sorry, press mislead us as they had not played MP to amy length. So for me overall a 4 out of 10, because MP is boring, poor maps, confusing upgrades and kill streak rewards thus making it all a mess. and sound is awful, players jump up and land behind and you can't bloody hear them! Very disappointed, sold it.
