Originally posted by TheForceYeah I know this one, I had the game on the C64, for that time it was an awesome fighting game ! And that you could chop off your oppenents head was great, when the head was lying on the ground a little green goblin would come to kick the head out of the screen ! great stuff
Someones already mentioned ninas armbreak in teken, but another good one is throwing lara croft from a great height and listening to her scream then crumple on the ground (or impaled on spikes is better). Technically not an opponent, but the control system was so clumsy you could argue that negotiating her unresponsive ass round the levels was the main challenge.

Speaking of great kills.... Did anyone besides me play the classic "Moonstone" back in the amiga days? It was sorta like a cross between an RPG and a beat-em up with knights, monsters and stuff like that. Gory as hell and very cool!
Im just waiting for people to start talking about "Worms"... Holy handgrenade anyone?
Also.. The throwing enemies into the screen-move in "Turtles in Time" must be mentioned. I also like the end punches from "Battletoads" with the over-sized fists and boots smashing into the enemies.
Defeating your opponent in "Dead or Alive" using a simple counter is a rotten but satisfying way of ending a battle!

My Fave is in perfect dark multiplayer.
Finding out for the 1st time that remote mines stick to people (^_^), hehe sneaking up on the other player then (ding) remote mine to the top of the head then watching them running round frantically trying to get the thing off (hehe no chance) then booom.
Also the farsight weapon, nothing more satisfying tan a instant 1 hit kill from the other side of the level courtesy of the xray sight on that little beauty.

One of the most Satisfying ways to humiluate your opponants i found was on Killer Instinct Arcade ^_^
ULTRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA COMBO!!!
Even some people used to resort to nudging you while your setting up for the Ultra ActivatorIf i knew back then that you could get more than 48 hit Ultra Combo...it wouldve of been even better, but Killer Insticts showoff\humiliuate gameplay in 1 and 2 player was brilliant.
Other moves i like finishing people are Gesse\Rock Howards button press lvl3 super on Capcom vs Snk 2. Also beating people with Dan Hibiki is a personal fave of mine...after of course taunting the hell out of them first "yahooo!"Other SF related moves i love to use....
Gouki-Raging Demon
Zangief- Spinning Piledriver and other 360 degree motion move variants
Ryu- Sho Ryu Reppa
Hugo- Back Breaker Super
Geese Howard- Raging Storm
Yun- Custom Combo Super 17 hit
Terry Bogard- fwd HP cancel into Buster Wolf into Rising Tackle then pose
I better stop there or ill be here all day

Watching the blood fly and wounds open with each swing of the ol broadsword was delicious.
And those cross troll-werewolf beasties which would tear your head off and eat it!!
I think i should mention Rocks super art in Garou, the 13 hitter. If you finished with it he'd hold his hand out and falter with a whimper, such is the POWER1!
And Zangief can't touch Griffon with the super piledriver. Griffon rams your face into the ceiling first >_<

Immediate bunny rabbit effect. The 'standing and swaying' death animation made it even more hilarious. In a morbid kind of way.

the sheep in worms has got to be it, its a last ditch weapon to use but if you pull it off its great, not much skill in it and you know it could go either way but that's why its so cool.
always loved playing yoshimitsu in SC, the one where he pulls the sword back really slowly and then stabs it through the opponents chest, you know you can only pull it off if your opponent makes a mistake so you can give them a nice condescending look afterwards as well.

I will add worms to my list actually.
Worms 2, roping! Anyone who played online againt some of the 1337 |20p3|2 C|4/\/z will be aware that it requires a lot of skill, and to be able to fly across the screen and drop a mine on your opponents head, and bounce back off it into the other direction requires a lot of skills.
It's beautiful to watch, and so very satisfying.

No-one's mentioned beaning someone with a baseball bat on maximum stealth in Manhunt. ALL the silent kills in that are ****ing gruesome! I really love the killing someone with a plastic carrier bag, or hacking their head off with a shard of glass...
Urggh!
Oh no, wait, someone HAS mentioned it. The machete stab and hack death is rotten, I agree....
