Saurian, how do you concentrate on the gauge as well as the screen? Too often I go over and level up by accident.

It's just through playing it nuff I cant explain exactly.

Like when I first started play shoot em ups I had to actually look at my craft and the paths to follow to get to safety, now I know the exact position of my craft without having to look at it so it doesnt matter which part of the screen I'm looking at. This has improved my game loads on shoot em ups as I can now read shots almost from their origin rather than reacting when they come close.

Same way with the Neutrino, I dont have to look at it during sections, just a quick glance before I get involved and tactics are built around it's current position - if the bar is too high I wont spin, if it's too low there's firing to build it up, spinning and getting in closer to the origin builds it faster too.

To train up I pick a stage - and repeat it until I can do it without concentration then when I'm so sick of playing the stage I play it some more! On Psyvariar 2 I trained from stage 5 backwards, it's sounds stupid but: When I got through a game like this I get more and more nervous as I go. So by training up really hard on the later stages first so I find them easy, I relax more as I get further into the game. Only downside is that I find stage 1 the hardest stage in the game!

          That's cool advice....

I have gotten up to level 26 on stage one now, and I'm pretty proud of that.

Going to check out those vids to see how to tackle the dragon boss now

Thanks for the info. I guess the case is mounting for me to get a PS2. If only it had vga output...

Well the PS2 has the nicest RGB picture quality imo of all the current gen consoles. All the colours are incredibly vibrant.

              And you can get ESPgaluda!

horribleman, unless you count the Dreamcast in the current gen - amazing RGB on that.

Yeah - Dreamcast has brilliant RGB. I neglected to mention it since my beloved DC died and I threw it out, only to read the next day that it could probably be fixed by cleaning the prong things inside it

I still remember the day I chucked it in the skip
