well, no problem with the removal of the link. the review has indeed some major story and character spoilers in it.

but let me stay in line with the threads headline and give at least away the fact that there's only splitscreen co-op in the game. this is a game feature and not a spoiler in any way, right?

Oh and nips, PD sucked major donkey balls compared to GE. 6 or 7/10 at best.

these are not my words, but come from the mouth of a friend of mine who seems to have finished the game last night. i just read his email, he says he only wanted to give room to his frustration and anger!

that the ending of Halo 2 sucks we already know from the OXM review. but he speaks of a "rushed job" and that the first 3 levels rock but then the game slowly boils down to an uninspired and dull ending. he unfourtunately finished his review after the first 5 levels and rated the game 9/10. he thinks this will happen to most of the early reviews.

well, i try to do my best to ignore this all until i can lay my hands on the game myself. but i think most of my anticipation is blown away.

i dont remember exactly which words they have used but they basically say the same as my friend. the ending is kind of disappointing and that it would leave you stunned and in disbelief. that's all. there's no spoiler in the review regarding the end.

I've been delibrately staying away from Halo 2 threads, and although I've heard vague mutterings that the single-player perhaps isn't quite as good as many had hoped, it's still going to be a fairly cracking title. You know it.

I need to try co-op. Co-op is where it is at. Halo is nothing without co-op imho! Perhaps then I'll be happier... but currently, It's ****! I miss my co-op buddy.

Anyone live in S.Wales who wants to be my new co-op partner. You must have completed legenday in Halo 1 atleast 8 times and be willing to play more. You must be good with plasma grenades and not nick my pistol. I'll even let you have the shotgun in the library as long as I have my pistol!

I really can't wait for this, but there's no doubt that its been over-hyped by many of its online followers. I'm just expecting an improved version of the original but with support for MP. Nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary, but a hell of a lot of fun.
