To illustrate my Fighting game knowledge I am going to enter Kage Maru's spinning flying arcing thing which would, if I recall correctly, decimate the opponent in Virtua Fighter 2.... however that was a few years ago and I was trying to use the Saturn pad at the time...

All his moves had priority and some were just ridiculous (the ground beam thing that you couldn't avoid) I hated that prick!

for me the end of game boss in arcade mode of guilty gearx 2 the special version on i-no thankfully the perfect guard exist but.if it hits or even normal guarding it does a frankly stupid amount of damage.i would also say the double upper cut style kick that omega rugal uses in capcom vs snk 2

vega(bison) sf2turbo, where he floats onto your head.......... then just when you think its safe to let go of block, he ****in drifts back towards you in mid air with a freaky finger poke which wouldnt look out of place in ultimate muscle!!!!!

oh yeah then theres that super move of his off street fighter zero 3.......................aaaaarrrrrgggh just when you let go of block.

Shin gouki's double fireball bollocks in CvS2 and most of his moves in fact. And God Rugal- the genocide cutter can GTF too.

Sharingan Sasuke's 'teleport axe' on Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2. It's a simple UP + A, instantly teleports behind your character in the air and drops down a kick on the back of your head knocking you over.

There's loads of cheesy moves in Naruto 2, but you get plenty of chance to get out of them! Like Naruto's Down + A, Kakashi's Down + A too, auto teleport straight to the opponent and pwn! Just do a quick kawarimi and you're fine :P

Gah, Krizalid from KoF99 is the gayest boss I've ever seen. He does that stupid kick/whirlwind thing, which always pwns you, and then if you try to fly-kick he does that counter all the time. Stupid :\

Invulnerable Dragon Punch all the way up and down! "Masters" which could do it continuously had a fraction of a second to be attacked between the buffed DPs. At least thats how the NZ version worked. Cheap as!

You could also hit the black boxer dude once on that game and crouch in the corner for the rest of the bout as he continually tries to hit you with his crouching uppercut.

Back for 2 seconds, forwards, kick... then tap A and B randomly but quickly as Eyedol in Killer Instinct on the Gameboy easy 17-34 hit combos right there.

I also have to say that the boss in DOA3 is the cheapest of all cheaponators.
