Me the founder, but mainly because the more DS games I buy, the more freelance I can get for other mags. It's a vicious circle...

Don't even ask. With games trade in deal and loads of other 'bargains' this month has been a bad one from this threads point of view.

I've actually bought nearly ?400 worth of gaming stuff in the last month totaling 54 games. I have sold 29 games totaling about ?200.

In February I have bought GT4 only for PS2.

In March I bought a GT Force Steering wheel off Savastore, PSP and 3 games from VG+, Fight Night Round 2, Silent Hill off someone, and got Winning Eleven 8LE on order and sold 25 games on ebay for over 230 quids which will pay for PSP bundle.

I might pick up band of brothers if I get enough cheap games to trade in.

April is a month off from buying games

going ok so far, I suppose. but I can see this going completely out the window once summer comes along, with jobs and such allowing me to blow all my new-found money on 20 PSPs or something.

EDIT: Actually, I *might* be breaking this by doing game's trade-in deal again for two games, but I might be able to blag it - If I use gamestation's trade-in sale, I can trade in two wrestling games for a load of second-hand titles, and then use the second hand games to get my lovely goodies from game! I WIN!

Oh well, I still refuse to "buy" any Xbox game I want if it doesnt have Live play or features. There is no excuse.

Me. I was only going for Digital Devil Saga and Yoshi DS this month, but I couldn't resist RE4 which I ordered off of gameplay have been playing recently(loving it). Then there's the whole GAME trade in deal, I picked up GT4 last week as part of the deal and I'm planning to go in tomorrow to get Shadow Hearts: Covenant. Add to that the fact that I ordered Guru Logic Champ from play-asia and Mario and Luigi from Tesco(for ?9.67) and it has not been a good month. I might be ok though since there's nothing out next month that I'm interested in except maybe Baten Kaitos(which I might be able to pick up in the GAME deal) and Meteos(US). The only positive so far is that I am actually playing a lot more of my recent purchases to completion.

Well I picked up a PSTwo this month along with GTA SA, GT4, Metal Gear Solid 3, DMC and Killzone.

PSTwo with GTA SA and Mem Card - ?150 (funded by selling some PSP games)

DMC - Trade at Gamestation for Sword of Man + ?13 credit to me

Still to pick up DMC3 on Friday.

I've kept to my new years revolution which was not to buy Any titles till i complete my outstanding list which I still have six left so it seems I wont be buying anything till like June maybe since I only play like 2 hours of single player gaming the rest is pro evo around mates houses etc...

I was shockingly bad, buying many games which I'll probably hardly play. I am considering, hesitantly, resolving bravely to not buy any games in 2006. At all. I could probably play 20 hours a week (more than I manage) and not complete in several years the games I have and want to play.

Much the same really. In fact I think I might have done worse than last year, looking back on my purchases "shocking" is definitely a word that comes to mind . I'm not going to say anything with regards to sticking to this sort of thing as there's still at least 5-6 PS2 games I'm still after plus games for the PSP and DS, not to mention the possibility of maybe a new console before the end of next year.

Oh man, I failed miserably. I done even worse than last year in terms of ??? spent, but I think I actually bought fewer "new" games this year. A lot of expensive retro stuff though.

Hows that for saving money, eh? Thank God I didn't buy a DS or PSP.

I've totally blown it this month, but as it's Xmas, I don't think it matters. But, from now on, I only buy second hand games as they are cheaper.
