No import charges that I know of. The seal wasn't broken on the outer packaging so I don't think they opened it at customs. Fingers crossed.

Well Mine was meant to arrive in Sydney this morning and so far nothing. I rang DHL, and she said it was booked in for a flight to come this morning but no scans are showing. So either they have yet to scan it or there was a plane delay. Hope if the plane was delayed it is in the air now, as that was meant to happen last night. She put an enquiry through for me. Hope that it is here by the morning and the tracking shows that, otherwise Monday is not the day *Fingers crossed*

well VG+ are a great company when it comes to posting stuff out but aftersales are ****ing awful

Mine cleared customs at Heathrow yesterday and it travelled to Worcester depot last night. The depot is literally 2 minutes away from me but unfortunately it's Parcel Force, who don't deliver on a Saturday. I can either wait for another two days or break in.

Yeah I know. I'm just overly cautious about using new hardware (mobile phones etc) without charging them 1st for some reason. I'm just stupid.

To anyone who's used a US and Jpn PSP, is there any difference cosmetically? If I get nowhere I might have to buy a UK one on release and then return my crappy one to the same store (in the UK box)....

I'd guess that they're pretty snowed under at the moment, and that to find out what's going on with dead pixel returns they'll have to talk to Sony who are even more snowed under. I'd give them a day or two if you can do that and still have the ability to sort things out with your CC company.

Just been playin Ridge and Lumines. WOW! Knew this thing was gunna be good just didnt realise HOW good. I'm blown away.

Only 1 dead pixel at the moment after about 2 hours worth of playing. Its stuck on the colour red, but you can only just make it out on pure black backgrounds...

Hope no more develop!

Well If i don't wake up in the morning to see my DHL tracking in Sydney I'm going to be so upset. And I will give it until 4pm. If still nothing, I won't be seeing it Monday
Especially since DHL sais that it was due to arrive this morning 2 April in Australia and now 12:14am 3 April still nothing. If the plane was delayed, it should have taken off by now, as its been like a full day or so since it was delayed, which means it should be on its way. *Fingers Crossed for the morning*

UPDATE: It has been cleared by customs at 12:40pm April 3 which means Monday HAS to be a definite as they have had all day and night to get it to the delivery depot!

I wouldn't count on DHL getting your address correct. There are have been at least 2 people in this thread alone (1 of them being me) who DHL have gone to some random different address and not delivered....

Luckily I live only 5 mins away from the depo so I was able to drive down sat morning and pick it up!

Hope they get to you ok mate!
