It seems that VG+ aren't speaking to me anymore, i've emailed them twice about my very upsetting lack of Ridge...but nothing.

DHL claim to have tried delivering my PSP today. However I've been in all day. They simply didn't bother trying to deliver or went to the wrong address. So will they try and deliver again tomorrow? Is there a number I can contact them on to give them hell for being so incompetent?

Did they leave a calling card? If so, it should give you the number of the local despatch depot, and you can reschedule. At least, that's what they've given me (alas, I was out too )

No. As I stated I was in all day. Hence, they've either tried to deliver to the wrong address or more likely IMO simply not bothered trying to deliver.

Recieved mine about 10am this morning, I've been at work all day so I haven't had a chance to mess with it much but if there's any dead pixels on mine I can't see them. Hoping that VG+ ship Ridge ASAP and come pay day I'll be shelling out for Wipeout & Lumines.

I got my PSP through today and although I haven't got any dead pixels, there is an annoyingly placed manufacturing fault in the outer plastic cover for the screen. It is a 1mm x 1mm plastic lump that is raised slightly higher than the rest of the screen when you move your finger nail/cloth over it, which doesn't get in the way when viewed head on during a game, but is very noticeable at all other times. Its even more noticeable with a screen protector on as because of the lump, the screen protector won't seal around it properly so this causes a 5mm diameter bubble that can't be gotten rid of!

Apart from that I'm very happy with the PSP, but I may have to enquire with VG+ about having this replaced or repaired by Sony as it is obviously a manufacturing fault, unlike the dead pixels which are a considered an acceptable manufacturing quirk!

Anyone else had anything like this!?!

The idiots did the same with me when I ordered a slim-line PS2 from VG+, I got no card however the waybill tracking system said they had attempted a delivery, I was also at home at the stated time of delivery.

I phoned their customer services and managed to schedule a delivery for the next day and thankfully it arrived intact, give this number a ring tomorrow as I believe they work by standard office hours: 08701 100 300 and get talking to an assitant as soon as possible, if you phone early you still may be able to get them to deliver it tomorrow.

Well how should I take this. It is FINALLY sent, opened the DHL email and its says 3.0Lbs 1 peice. Do they always say 1 piece or is my Ridge Racer NOT THERE!?!?! Oh man, i really hope it is!

Also VG+ I tried to send VG+ and email and they said via an automated email that due to the PSP launch there will be delays in emails!

However do you think my Ridge Racer is there?

My weight was 2.9lb for the gretsky pack and wipeout so yes it sounds like it is there.

I once had a delivery that had 2 pieces, and I got 2 boxes tied together.
(nothing videogame related btw, it was just a rather big thing.)
