-Super Mario 64 (Got an N64 couple of years after it came out, really tried to like game, didn't find it fun)
-GoldenEye (Ditto + controls were too 'stuttery', coudn't aim without constantly having to make corrections)
GTA3+ (In 3D it lost it's charm and just became another driving mission based game)
-Tetris (addictive yes, for an hour or so. But incredibly repetitive and boring afterwards)
-F-Zero (SNES/GBA version, lack of true 3D meant track going around car, made it seem very very strange and like driving on oil on ice, never got the hang of it)
-All those Capcom Marvel/Xmen fighting games. I love fighting games. But those ones were too over the top. Too much going on on screen made it impossible at times to know what's going on, button bashing just as useful as actual tactics and combat.

SSX - i've never discovered why these games get such high praise. As a racing game it's bad and as a tricks game it THPS does it far better. The framerate on all the games can be appalling at times too.

Vice City - I loved GTA3 and i then really enjoyed San Andreas, but Vice City was very average in my opinion. The city was flat and samey, the missions did very little what GTA3 hadn't already done and I didn't care much for the story either. At least the music was good I suppose.

Freedom Fighters - Gamespot = 9.3?! What the hell? They wern't the only ones either. I can't see how anyone can view this game as anything more than average. The fact it was rather short made the high reviews even more stupid.

Eternal Darkness - I'll never understand how some people regard this as one of the best on the GC.

Any Need for Speed game - these wouldn't even get a second look if they didn't have the EA name to sell it.

Any turn based RPG's - I think Pokemon and Paper Mario are the only ones i've enjoyed mainly because their combat is reletivly simple. Games like Final Fantasy just go straight over my head. Why must they be so long either? 50+ is far too long for me to stay interested in a story, especially when the gameplay is little more than flicking through menus. KOTOR is even worse.

MMORPG's - Whenever i've seen them being played it's usually of some hideously created character running around an empty field taking it in turns with a rat to hit each other, looks boring to me. It's not so much the games that I don't understand, it's how people spend so much time on the things. I know a couple of people who I used to speak to almost daily yet i've barely even seen them since WoW came out before Xmas. I love games, but i'd never change my whole life in that way just to play one.

Halo! Too repetitive. Did have its moments and had some good story telling but it just got old fighting the same enemies again and again.

Super Mario Land (Gameboy) - just utterly dislike this entry into the Mario series
GTA San Andreas (PS2) - too much
                Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2) - arrrgh

Ico - For some reason, I just couldn't get my head around any of the puzzles. Gave up about halfway through, when I realised I'd had to cheat and look up the solution to the last 6 in a row, and gave it to a (very grateful) mate. Looked lovely, though.

MGS sequels, Final Fantasy games, RPGs in general - I have an almost pathalogical dislike of cutscenes. So much so that, despite paying good money for MGS2, I never even made it as far as any gameplay before giving it to another (grateful again) mate.

VF Series - I can see why everyone loves it. But I find the moves unintuitive, and it's just too much for me to get my head around.

Street Fighter series, Tekken series - Yes, both have intuitive moves, and I don't really hate them. But 'back to block' does my head in sometimes; I much prefer the Soul Calibur (and indeed VF series) method of a block button.

F-Zero series. For some reason I keep buying them anyway (probably because I love Wipeout, and so futuristic racing = good thing) but the handling is far, far too floaty for me; like they're old-fashioned hovercraft rather than using their aerodynamics to turn.

Final Fantasy series - Only thing that remotely endeared me to it was seeing the new summons a mate had unlocked playing it. I couldn't get on with the characters, random battles and it's particular brand of turn based fighting.

Pro Evo/FIFA/Football games - I just don't like football, so a videogame of it i'm definately not going to like no matter how apparently good it is.

Not keen on the Jak, Ratchet or any similar modern platformer.

                      World War FPSs. Zzzzz

                        I don't think there's many games, or genres I don't appreciate. I'll give everything a good go.

Except for life-eating bull**** like World of Warcraft.

Our Teodi spent something like half a year in played hours in Everquest over a 3 binge.

It took Halo on Coop to ween him off its evil teet.

                            Sell that stupid account Teodi!!
