Hmmmm wooly some of these....oddly not the most distant. But first thoughts as I recall

C64 - Chuckie Egg - Came with the machine and I played it to death. The beginning of a life long obsession naturally.

SNES - Street Fighter II - the game I bought the console for....the thought still makes me weep.

Amiga - Got a miggy pretty late in its lifetime, pretty sure the first game loaded up was Chaos Engine however.

PSX - Wipeout - my mouth dropped when I saw this in Comet - I had to have.

N64 - Goldeneye - muchus multiplayer sessions on my friends machine at uni finally convinced me I should buy.

Dreamcast - Crazy Taxi - still a favourite even now.

Xbox - Halo - I was as underwelmed then by it as I still am now.

Gamecube - Super Mario Sunshine - Another disappointing start to a console. Thankfully Nintendo soon produced the goods....

GBA - Castlevainia - Why can I not see where I'm going though I? Meh...followed shortly after.

Playstation2 - Devil May Cry - Made me wonder why I'd waited so long to buy a PS2.

GBASP - Advance Wars - finally the ability to play in limited light...

DS - Super Mario 64 DS - hmmmm this touch screen thingy is weird is it not?

PSP - Ridge Racers - omg....and I normally hate racing games

PS2 #1: Grand Theft Auto 3 (I was low on cash, it was cheap, and ****, it was great!)
