It's got easily enough good games that I'd consider buying one, but just about all of them are things I'd rather play sat in front of the TV.

the 4 games i have for it are very nice indeed,
but that few over a whole year has to be seen as a let down.
personally i couldnt care less about the whole multi-media spin on the thing, but it cant be denied its still a desirable object. and i certainly wouldnt bother selling it.
so i guess i'm neither pleased or dissapointed, just a bit apathetic towards it .....until something else comes out for it, and i'm sure the quality titles will keep trickling out, but unless your willing to let it sit untouched for months inbetween its not really worth it.

i sold my psp a few months ago through sheer boredom with it, the DS has much more to offer me at the moment... the psp has a lot of titles coming out for it but none of them really interest me much at all, if you are in the market for a portable GTA then it's obviously great but for me the fun factor is a bit lacking
With the right titles of course that could change and i will be lured back

I feel like digging up the thread where everyone spelled out doom and gloom for the DS! Man were so many of us wrong
I would predict that it would fade into the background for a while, then when dev costs of games for it come down and the cost of PSP manufacture (Possibly a hardware redesign), I can see it going through a cult revival. If Sony had any sense they would enable it to play Divx's etc. They dont think they are going to make a success of the UMD formatdo they???

its the same with movies watching them on the go just does not feel right
I prefer watching them at home on a decent tv with decent sound also i am very fond of the extras and stuff you get on dvds.
I agree about the games for the psp just feels like i am getting versions of games that are out for the ps2
Nintendo ds got it right with many games that are designed for a quick play

With the DS there seemed to be a constant flood of decent titles. However with the PSP, I've pretty much played all I wish to play on the machine and the releases have dried up. Meanwhile the DS is getting excellent stuff like Mario Kart, Princess Peach and Animal Crossing. And seeing the new Children of Mana screens this week just made things worse.
As this rate I shall be investing in another DS pretty soon I would imagine.
