Xbox Live Marketplace Updates Only

Not been able to buy KOF off xbox.com all day - every time I get to the 'confirm' stage (sometimes even before) and click through it gives me some kind of server error and doesn't do anything. Fingers crossed it works when I get in tonight.

It gave me the same error when I tried adding the rocket thingie demo this afternoon but it eventually went through. Had previously bought kodu via the website without issue a few mins before that.

Yeah I tried on the website before I even turned the 360 on this evening.

Still no luck "Server Unavailable" on the PC, and an error code on the 360.

It took my 800 points a while back, and now it's finally letting me download the game!

Also, that link isn't "findable" even via the "search for a game" function! Wierd...

If I use the US link to download, will that actually work with a GB Gamertag? I dont wanna risk it

No, it'll just say "this content is not available in your location" or similar.

Unless you mean if you download with a US gamertag, in which case it'll work but you'll only be able to play it with your UK tag if the US tag is also logged in.

ah sod that, i'll just wait whenever the GB link crops up. I'm not into all that gamertag switching.

It shouldn't be necessery if MS pulled their finger out.

Right, so this IS available on 360 right now, downloading the trial as we speak (slowly)...

Here's how I found it :

• GUIDE button
• Marketplace > Game Marketplace
• Game Videos > All game videos
• Select "B" then Battlefield 1943
• Select "All downloads"
• Change to "Most Recent"

There you'll see it, Trial and Full game (1200 points)

It's just shy of 600meg btw.

The link I posted downloaded it fine for me. Was logged into xbox site with UK tag.

Besides the point though as its on UK site now
