Is Puzzle Fighter HD out today? It shows up in my list of "new arrivals" in the arcade, but clicking on it only shows downloads for picture packs.

Microsoft’s Dream-Build-Play Contest Sees Several Winners
You have to imagine that striving, independent video game designers from more than 100 different countries would love to have an opportunity at gaining the recognition of having their titled featured on the Xbox Live Arcade, world renown fame in the independent community and heck, the $10,000 grand prize probably didn’t hurt either.
“The games we received in the Dream-Build-Play competition are truly inspiring,” said Chris Satchell, general manager of the XNA organization at Microsoft. “Created in just four short months using XNA Game Studio, these games demonstrate an incredible range of innovation, fun gameplay and technical achievement.”
The competition boiled down to two finalists, namely David Flook of Ontario, Canada, and James Silva of New York Flook’s game was “Blazing Birds,” an action-packed, robotic sports game modeled after the game of badminton, and Silva’s game was “The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai,” a tale of vengeance, silliness and action. Both games were so darn good that Microsoft offered contracts with the Xbox Live Arcade division and $10,000 for the grand prize.
But that wasn’t all. Steve Olofsson of Sweden and Daniel McGuire of the United Kingdom received honors as runners-up for their games: “Gravitron Ultra” and “Yo Ho Kablammo!” respectively. Both designers were also offered contracts for the Xbox Live Arcade and given $5,000 as a prize.
“We uncovered some remarkable talent with this contest and are pleased to include these original creations in our diverse library of games on Xbox LIVE Arcade,” said Bryan Trussel, director of content and portals for Microsoft Casual Games. “It’s aspiring, independent developers like these who are really driving our industry.”
Dream-Build-Play generated more than 4,500 different members from the game development community who enrolled to take part in the contest. You can view the final results of the contest by visiting the Official Dream-Build-Play Website.
An UK entry came second:

A game set underwater using the Unreal 3 engine, why hasn't anyone else thought of that?
