I've got a 360 and I'm definetely getting a Wii and a PS3 on launch day. Yeah, the PS3's pricey, but it'll be worth it just for MGS4, VF5 and DMC4 alone.

Apart from none of those will be out for launch.........

I must confess I wasnt convinced by the 360 to start with and only purchased after playing on a mates (PGR3 and COD2 converted me very quickly) I am very happy with this and the future games line up.
I will certainly be pre ordering a nintendo wii it just looks so different and has got me excited about a new console for the first time in ages.
I wont be bothering with a ps3 as the games list just doesn't excite me (not a MGS fan either so that wont sway me when its released) and hd dvd/blu ray is still far too early to tell which will win. Also the dvd ability etc of the last gen of consoles was never a sway on buying a console just after thoughts. I always prefer stand alone players and I will buy a standalone hd-dvd or blu ray when a clear winner is decided.

There will undoubtedly be exclusives on all systems that are must-haves for me, which logically makes all the consoles must-haves.

Sometimes I wish that I liked fewer genres of game.

I have a PAL 360.

I will buy an Import JAP wii on release.

I will probably buy an Import US PS3 3 months after release, or wait for PAL.

I'll probably buy an USA wii on import when the second wave of games comes, if I can't get USA games to work on the JAP box, and there are enough text heavy games to justify it.

So of the 3 consoles, I'll buy 4 then.

PS3 when:

a) Devil May Cry 4 & Metal Gear 4 are on the horizon.

b) When Sony are on their 4th/5th revision of the machine since my old launch PS2 pretty much died a death after a month or two, much like the 360, so not going down that road again.

c) It becomes a sensible price.

Got a 360, and will be getting a Wii at US release. The PS3 can get stuffed for at least the first year - no chance i'm shelling out over ?400 for it. Only game that has interested me on the PS3 is MGS4.

I'll be moving to Japan for a year shortly so I will probably try and pick up a Wii at launch so I've got a home console while I'm there. I'm hoping we'll get confirmation on whether it'll actually take GC discs before I leave so I can decide to take a few with me.. hoping it might be region free too (for both Wii games and/or backwards compatibility), but that's probably just wishful thinking.

When I come back hopefully the 360 will be pretty cheap and have a selection of great games.. if so I'll pick one up then.

Never had a Playstation (apart from PSP which I think is great) and at the launch price - or anywhere near it - I can't see myself picking up a PS3 either for the foreseeable future.
