    Indeed, if it's not shipped tonight then i think i'll ask for my money back. I've currently got no job and could do with the funds until the PAL release date.

    I'm still hoping but it's slowly fading away

      Well, I just called Parcelforce again after no change on the tracking page, they insist there's nothing they can do because it hasn't arrived in the UK. When I asked if it could be in customs, she claimed she wouldn't like to speculate. I've asked my seller to start an investigation

            I've done the same.

            Have you tried calling customs on that parcelforce number? The number is meant to be for paying VAT bills but if we call them it might get some alarm bells ringing that they have not been scanned.

              I was thinking about it, but when I called another Parcelforce number (head office, got put through to a depo with somebody that actually seemed to care) he said that if it had custom charges, or was even in customs, it should have been marked as such on the tracking number. I encourage you to give it a go if you want, I've already spent half an hour on the phone today

                    In case you aren't aware of it, the number for the head office, which gets you straight through to a human, is 01908 687000.

                      Tried it, tried 3 numbers. Enquiry number, local depot and that number you have put.

                      There's absolutely nothing we can do.

                        I refuse to completely give up. I'll probably try calling the USPS later today to see if they can verify when it was supposed to arrive in the UK. If I can go to Parcelforce and tell them it definatly arrived, they may have to get off their arses and go look for it.

                          Yeah. I've emailed the eBay seller like you have. Hopefully she will get intouch with USPS at her end and let me know. Once I do I'll let you know.

                          Edit: The reason why I think it's in customs is because one of the guys on here who was using USPS had their tracking updated from the New York airport and then straight to his local depot! There were no customs tracking. So that tells me they don't always track the parcels at customs and that's why parcelforce don't know it's there.

                                im in the same boat - I still dont have my Wii and the seller says its been shipped, I asked him for a tracking number - he claims there isnt one, but he has a receipt to claim that it has been shipped (could that be the tracking number and he hasnt realised?)

                                and ParcelForce claim theres no deliveries scheduled to my address - now im worried....
