Cause I think they might try to blag it. Like they said to me they couldnt get them out Thursday as they missed the last delivery for the night. Then they told someone else on Friday they missed the delivery then. how do you miss two??

heh I agree the more we spend on the phone then yes the less they have taking time to process orders but it's only a 10 second phone call and if IM didnt have such a bad rep for customer service I wouldnt be so nervous!
