Wii features Ageia PhysX chip?

Interesting... very interesting... some stores have already broke release date for Red Steel. Well, this is pretty common, but Penny-Arcade forums poster sushiboy did notice *interesting* logo on the games backcover. Speculate.

By my understanding, Ageia doesn't do middlewares or engines. It just produces PPU's. And Nintendo has licensed Havok to do their dev kits physics middleware.

By my understanding, Ageia doesn't do middlewares or engines. It just produces PPU's. And Nintendo has licensed Havok to do their dev kits physics middleware.

They definitely do an engine + SDK. Playing Joint Task Force on my PC installed the Ageia engine and I don't have a hardware PPU.

Sorry to swing wildly off-topic, and not that I want to come over all Jack Thompson (oh god... imagine that...) but I find it more interesting that a game involving realistic depiction of use of weapons to mutilate humanoid characters only garners a T rating, instead of an M. The ESRB's ratings are too wishy-washy, the difference in mindset of a person between 13 and 17 is atronomical. According to their rating criteria, a game only gets an M rating if the violence is intense, as opposed to just normal violence which is ok for 13 year olds to see. Shooting someone and swording them up in a realistic environment isn't intense? Admittedly, I haven't played it, but it ostensible appears to be an M game.
