I assume that new stocks come with a suitably reinforced wriststrap..?

best thing i can say is check argos instore, if you enter the item number on the little computer things it will say out of stock press enter to check when the next delivery is.

did that today in my local one and they are getting 5 in tomorrow

That didn't actually do anything. Pressing enter just takes you back to the entry screen.

well i went on a trip the past few days into a city

thought i would see if any places had the wiis in stock as you can guess no

i asked when do they think they will have any they said "they dont know nintendo have not told us yet possibly 2 weeks"

what i did find annoying though was they had a on on display so people could try out.....but they would not sell it to me as it was on display ........have i kindoff missed out on the point on what shops actually do?

GAME branch I worked at got em in regularly (I finished yesterday to move onto a better paid less depressing job \o/) however we were told to just tell people we didn't know when they were coming in as tbh, when u get 5-6 consoles in at a time, it's far easier to just sell em to the first people that ask for em once they're in, rather than have massive queues of people at the door clambering to get one only to dissapoint most of them.

Swindon apparently got 20 this morning, all gone by the time I popped in at lunch.

I've seen them in a few shops yesterday, Asda, Woolies and Gamestation in wembley had several in stock. Looks like the Christmas keep numbers low to get hype season has now passed.

I thought I'd let people in the Scarborough (North East) that the Game shop seems to be having continual stock replenishments back in of the Wii.

I went in yesterday to try my luck and get a Component cable, I managed to buy 2! They had all the controllers back in stock (limited) with a small amount of Wii's in earlier but had sold out again by 17:30pm.

The manager quoted, "We're having stock back in everyday now, but its still selling fast".

Anyone living remotely near Scarborough, and without a Wii go have a look in Game!
