What bargains have you picked up? (The Bragging Thread)

I thought I'd start a thread for all us bargain hunters with brags of what we've bought. We all like to brag when we pick things up, so I thought I'd start a thread to show off my own personal brag and let others share theirs. 8)

This week I've picked up:

• An unboxed modchipped Asian DC, RGB SCART, Pad and VMU for ?15
  
  Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (US), Shadowman (US), Sega GT (Jap), Virtua Striker 2 2000.2 (Jap), Airforce Delta (Jap), Incoming (Jap) and Climax Landers (Jap) for ?12.
  
  A brand new Interact Powerpack EX for GBA (powerpack, charger and stand) for ?1 (Poundland!)
  
  A brand new official PSX AV-Adapter with S-Video for 47p (Curries Bargain Bin)

It's been a very good week

And to round things off, I sold my copy of Final Fantasy VII for ?9.50 on Amazon. Excellent.

Almost all of my DC collection is made up of two games for ?5 from Dixons and i have over 40 games.

I got Project Justice PAL DC for 2.99 in an HMV clearout a couple of years ago.

Plus I bought a 2nd hand saturn with Panzer Dragoon Saga (In decent Condition) for ?30 out of EB.

I got guilty gear X for ?20 on the day of release because game put the wrong price sticker on it.

I think that's probably the best bargain I ever got.

Recently, Castlevania Aria of Sorrow for 12.50 (inc postage) from Ebay

Picked up Powerstone 1 and 2 and Shenmue 1 and 2 for 30 from Game late on last year! That was nice

Got a Tekken Tag Hori stick off ebay for ?11 quid on Friday. Even better, the guy was in Leeds just 5 minutes from my work, so i picked it up and saved on postage

DC arcade stick ?2.99 plus a psx-dc pad convertor free with it as the guy selling it to me thought it was part of the dc stick.

Yesterday, I picked up a complete Castlevania Symphony of the Night for a fiver at a boot sale.

Recently I bought a Parker game shop display unit which basically holds 24 Atari 2600 cartridges and houses an Atari 2600. When all hooked up, the player can select any of the 24 carts at the press of a button. Like a mini Atari arcade. I got this for 6 quid.

Before that I picked up 25 boxed Intellivision games for a fiver.

I swapped the Atari/Parker unit and the Intellivision games for a Sega Nomad. So in effect, I got the Nomad for 11 quid. Result.

best bargain to date was when i got a new gamecube for ?40

was ?69.99 at tower records, then i took advantage of the ?30 rebate nintendo were offering

Swapped a sealed Ikaruga (DC) for a mint Panzer Dragoon Saga (PAL - Saturn) a few months back through a friend of a friend (he was as keen as I was!).

No, I couldn't believe my luck either...
