Not much of a bargain but I picked up an official Ninty 251 block Cube memory card from Dixons for ?9.97 yesterday. My local Dixons are moving property to the new Dixons XL at the new Bull Ring in Birmingham so selected stuff is being sold at stupid prices (nice 14" Sony flat screen TV and video combi for ?150, usually ?280 upwards I think). It was only meant to be the 59 block memory cards being sold at ?9.97 but some idiot must have put the wrong stickers on the 251 cards as well. I went to the counter to pay for it and the girl said "oh no, not another one!". Looks like I wasn't the only person taking advantage of somebody's pricing mistake.

Actually the Memory Card 251s have always cost just about the exact same price as the Memory Card 59s in Dixons/Currys/PC World. No idea why.

In fact I think there was 3p difference at my local store. They are generally more than ?9.97 tho .
