I think so, it works out about £36 via xe.com's currency exchange rate for Y5400, but in reality about £52 ($85 on gateway to japan) for Y6000 worth of cards.

There's free DLC too, and it requires Phantasy Star Portable 2 save data or something.

There's DLC for PSP2, which is the rifle or lance from Gallian Chronicles. Pretty good cross game erm stuff.
