Has anyone got a quick guide on HOW to get the US one? What do I have to do with my credit card details? I have a mastrercard if that is relevant.

Nothing...just input them I believe! Normal address etc but a US state/zip code (New York City 10001)

A really good game to play multi-player. I'm hoping that they will release new levels for it though as it could do with a bit more variety.

It would be nice to see some online leaderboards or rankings too I think.

It's well worth buying though and looks really good too. I'm a BIG fan of the music in it!
