Some games already came with the console, as I wanted a NTSC Wii and grabbed a great deal on ebay.
Must buy games in my opinion are:
River City Ransom (simply awesome, I almost can't believe this game was released on 1989 for the NES!)
Bomberman 93 (great fun playing it with 4 friends, perfect game for multiplayer)
Super Metroid (of course, best videogame ever made! )

The only games I regret having are:
Ristar (came with the console, not my cup of tea)
Legend of the Mystical Ninja (heh, this might have been a mistake, reflex purchase)

I love legend of the mystical ninja!! Not forcing my opinion on you, but what don't you like about it? I'm just curious to hear your point of view

Well, maybe I was expecting too much of it (I remember when I was a kid, I always wanted to buy the Mystical Ninja game for the N64 because it looked pretty cool, but never did. I might have created a myth for myself xD ).

But I recon it might be a good game, I just didn't get hooked like other VC games I have. I might give it a go again sometime

But seriously: if you like this type of games, you have to play River City Ramsom... what a game!

I love Mystical Ninja its one of my fav games. Also the N64 version is even better.
The first level isn't too great in the original game, but once you get past it. It gets better and better. The theme park level is class.

Mystical ninja will always have a special place in my gaming collection. It was one of the first games I remember that had a very distinct Japanese flavour. I remember my amazement at all the mini games contained within the game, and the great music. It hasn't aged at all as far as I'm concerned (apart from the password system!) and I still love it.

In my quest to only own one console I've finally sold my PS3 and now all I own is a Wii, and absloutly love it.

So far I've downloaded Sonic The Hedgehog 3, Mario 64 and Waverace.

I'm a bit disapointed there's not too much else on their I'm intrested in but I've got enough to work through already! I'm really hoping they bring Pilotwings 64, Sonic The Hedgehog (MS) and some of the best Neo Geo games soon.
