The first VC game I got was Super Mario World, followed quickly by Mario 64.

I don't know if I'll ever play them through again as I spent years playing them years ago! Still, having them in the house make me happy.

Next up was Link to the Past, which I never playe first time round. Looking forward to that one.

I stupidly bought Starfox64 which I didn't enjoy originally. Everyone gushing about it convinced me it was good. Not that it's bad, but compared to the original I found it lacked something.

Finally I've also got Gunstar Heroes which I played for five minutes and may never turn on again, still, I'm a Treasure whore. Also Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which I spent almost a year playing back in 199? I rate it as one of the best NES titles ever. Not sure what that would mean to someone booting it up in 2007 though!

I'm really hoping they get out some Saturn games as I never owned one. Also the original Starfox.

Super Mario 64 (for someone else) and Mario Kart 64.

I will on priniciple only buy VC games that are in some way optimised or in 60Hz... Would try some of the TG-16 available if it wasn't an extortionate ?7 a time to get 'em. Would love to pile up on Super NES classics too, but...

I feel very strongly that the videogames industry doesn't make enough older games legally available for anyone to buy, but for me the VC is currently too expensive and rubbish - great idea, poor execution. I live in hope though.

Its not your RAM mate, it's the internal memory.

Why do you have so many? gotta review them or something?

Of the games I've bought, the only "must have" titles are Super Castlevania IV, R-Type and Super Mario World.

I was surprised at how little I've actually enjoyed Sonic, and was disappointed with the original Zelda, as it was my first time playing the game, and random enemy movements etc just aren't fun these days imo.

I only own Mario 64 (since day after launch)...

I went on to check the games last night! To my excitement, Super Mario World, Zelda x2 were available...unfortunately I went to buy them and realised that combined they'd cost me about £20. **** that!

I forgot how expensive these games were!

Grab some half price points cards at Game then.

Yeah, I do bi-monthly round-ups in retro gamer, and you get a better idea of playing them on the console then you do by emulator.

How does this work? Can you buy them in store on its own or do you have to purchase something else to get it?

Just F-Zero (SNES) and Bomberman (PCE) here. I got a points card with the console but not really played those games enough to warrant buying any more. Shame really as I was quite liking the VC in principle, but parting with your cash to buy games for a second time isn't sitting well with me

                              Super Mario World
                              Zelda: LttP
                              F-Zero
                              Castlevania IV
                              Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts
                              Donkey Kong Country
                              Mario 64
                              Mario Kart 64
                              Zelda: OoT
                              Starfox 64

Really enjoyed playing all those again apart from Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts which is just too hard for me, and Donkey Kong Country which I found clumsy and tedious.
