Seems 3.15 has a new data transfer utility:

Explore the new generation PlayStation 4 and PS5 consoles - experience immersive gaming with thousands of hit games in every genre to rewrite the rules for what a PlayStation console can do.

From reading that it looks like game saves that previously could not be moved, now can using this utility. Seems like it works like the XBox system for when you get a new hard drive, except you need 2 playstations in this case!

Did the 3.15 update fix something in the browser? I've never had any luck with the YouTube 4od channels previously, as they tended to crash the PS3, but it all seems to work fine now (as long as you turn off the YouTube XL stuff). It's not as good quality as the iPlayer, but there's absolutely loads of Channel 4 and Five stuff you can watch on the PS3 now.

No probs here. JAP 60G with a US profile as the main account (where my trophies are).

    Should I be worried?

I have my UK account set as default log-in when the PS3 is powered up, but I have all my accounts on auto PSN sign-in. Whenever I switch between accounts I have instant PSN access that way. The PSN's are the only reason I have other accounts anyway, so there's little point having them as manual sign-in.

I did do the 3.10 under my JPN account though. I figured there'd be less stress on the network that way. I was done in about 5 minutes.

I've been getting pretty good DL speeds off PSN lately (about 1MB/sec which is not maxing out my line still but is better than I was getting in the past). However, I definitely find performance takes a massive hit on Thursday evenings which i always attribute to PSN getting hammered pretty hard as that is update day.

Was going slow for me on a wired connection last night mate. Usually it's a 1 minute job but I just left it to its own devices last night. got to 18% download in 4 or 5 minutes I reckon.

Yeah my US PS3 now has the iPlayer logo although for a period last night it would show up my brother's user accounts but not mine for some reason.
