It's just a case of becoming more selective in what you play.

This thread has really surprised me!
I thought there'd be more people who play one game at a time and then move on.
I know this is a gaming site and all, but I can't get over how many games people have running concurrently. It must average about 3 to 7 games. This is especially crazy considering most people only play an hour or two per night according to this thread.
Fallows - you're a gaming machine! How can you fit in Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, and Halo 3 on top of your WoW daily marathons?!
I really hate having unfinished games. Not getting more achievements on Dead Rising makes me feel that it's not completed, but I finished the story ages ago. This is probably true of most my 360 games though.
I'm both amazed and confused - I doff my cap that you're all such avid gamers, but shocked you're happy to part play so many games. I just can't do it! It's like watching 7 DVDs and only watching a little bit of each at a time - I don't think I'd get the full experience of any of them.
At the end of the day though, I'm trying to win a copy of Skate and I can't fight the fact so many mates are asking me to get Halo 3, even though I shouldn't be splashing the cash. *sigh*. This is on top of being in the middle of Condemned and have BioShock and Table Tennis in their wrappers! So I guess I'm just as guilty...

Since I don't get much money (I still need to get a job...) I haven't been able to buy many games recently. Because of that I've been able to play games longer than I would have if I were able to afford every game I wanted.
I'll only pre-order games that I definitely want to buy and I know I can afford. Because of that I'll have a better chance of buying some games when they start to get reduced in price.
